Sleep is also not monitored while the green sensor light is shut down. watch is touching the skin correctly. The back of the watch is clean. Tried turning on and off several times. Tried reset to default. Tried to stop hr monitor. NOTHING WORKS. I want a functional watch not a Garmin's Body Battery score estimates your energy levels before a workout based on heart rate, heart rate variability, and movement data.
